Graz International Airport is well connected to airport hubs in Germany, Austria and Switzerland with frequent daily connections to Munich, Frankfurt, Düsseldorf, Berlin, Vienna, Zürich, and Stuttgart. All major internatioal destinations can be reached with one-stop flights via these hubs. For detailed information please have a look at the flightplan.

From the airport you can reach the city center either by public transportation or by taxi. Busses bring you to the Graz main station / Jakominiplatz approximately every 30 min (Timetable public transportation). The price for a on-way trip is EUR 2,10.  The fare for a taxi is about EUR 25.

Public transportation

The conference takes place at the campus 'Alte Technik', Rechbauerstraße. From the Graz main station / Jakominiplatz take tram nr. 3 (towards Krenngasse) and exit either at Technikerstrasse or Rechbauerstrasse. From there it is a 4 min. walk to the conference venue.

Traveling by Car

Graz is located on the A2 and easy to get to: about 2 hours from Vienna, 4,5 hours from Munich in Germany and 3 hours from Udine in Italy. On the highway A2 take the exit 'Graz Ost'. Note that all motorways and expressways in Austria are toll roads.
